Start of scholar selection for free education in Russia
Dear visitors,
We inform you that from January 10, 2020, for foreign citizens, stateless persons, as well as compatriots living abroad, registration in the new information system is available for participation in the selection for free education in the Russian Federation for the 2020/2021 academic year within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation.
An application for education can be submitted at: https://edu.rs.gov.ru/.
