Education in Russia
The first stage of the scholar selection for the 2025/2026 academic year takes place from October 7 2024 to January 15 2025. Young Cameroonians, stateless persons as well as Russian citizens living in Cameroon are invited to fill out the application on-line on the official website https://education-in-russia.com/ .
The set of documents to participate in the first stage includes the copies (PDF) of:
- consent to personal data processing completed on 3 pages either in English or in Russian and signed;
- application form completed on 5 pages and signed in the field № 35 (field № 36 should be left without signature!), pay attention to the information below concerning visa and language requirements;
- Cameroonian passport and passport of any other State (if available) that expires no sooner than March 1 2027;
- the following education document:
- Transcript of BAC or GCE A Level for the applicants for Bachelor’s or Specialist degree;
- Bachelor’s diploma with transcript (of all semesters) for the applicants for Master’s degree;
- Master’s diploma with transcript (of all semesters) for the applicants for Postgraduate studies.
*Applicants for Postgraduate studies should also provide:
- thesis (at least 1 page in the Russian language or translated into Russian) that is dedicated to the field of your scientific research and/or a list of publications (if any).
Applicants completing their studies in 2025 shall upload the results of the most recent examination session and of the all previous semesters.
The applicants whose level of the Russian language is intermediate or higher shall upload the certificate of the Russian language. Otherwise, they shall indicate their need to take the Preparatory course (field № 28 of the application form).
All applicants shall indicate that visa is required (page 1 of the application form).
The sets of documents that include national ID instead of passport or diplomas different from those mentioned above will not be considered.
